ASIAPAC – Temporary suspension of bookings to/from the Middle East to the South Pacific - Effective Immediately

Dear Valued Customer,

Effective immediately: due to the current conflict in the Middle East, Neptune Pacific will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new bookings to and from Gulf and other affected Middle East destinations until further notice. 

We have made this decision to ensure that the safety and security of our teams, agents and partners remain our top priority. 

While these measures are necessary, we recognise the potential impact on supply chains and remain committed to working closely with you to minimise disruption wherever possible. 

We will continue to assess the situation and update you once our partner carrier Pacific International Lines (PIL) resumes normal operations from the Middle East.
